Sofia Jara

When I was 5 years old I wanted to be a famous actress or model. Then, when I grew up I wanted to be an astronomer, a journalist and even a nurse. At the time entering the university I was still undecided about what career to choose. I was interested in Art, Nursing, Design Geography, and other things.  Finally, I decided to study Design because it was the most interesting career for me. I thought I could learn a lot in that career, and actually is on that way! Many times I sleep between 5 and 2 hours but I have nice partners that make everything easier and fun.  Like a designer I would like work in a publisher, but I would like to work like an experimental photographer too.

Hi, my name is Sofia, I was born in Santiago, Chile on April 29th, 1999. I attended elementary school in Escuela República de Guatemala in Maipú and San Lorenzo College in Coquimbo. Then I completed my high school in San Lorenzo College and in Eagle school in Antofagasta. Now I'm studying Desing at Universidad de Chile, I'm second year student. I have a sister, her name is Antonia, my dad is Manuel and my mom is Claudia. My favorite hobby is the experimental photography. I studied photography by eight months at Universidad de Antofagasta, where I had my first photography exhibition. I really really like taking photos. My second favorite hobby is cooking, with my boyfriend we can cook all day. We like the bittersweet flavors.
